Terms of service
These terms apply to every order, quotation and shipment handled by Wrya Logistics & Express.
Orders and pricing
A quotation or app estimate is not a contract. An order becomes binding when we confirm it and you receive the confirmation. Prices include purchase, shipping and delivery to Kirkuk unless stated otherwise; customs duties, border fees and taxes are passed through at cost.
Payments
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may require a deposit before purchasing goods on your behalf. Goods remain our property until fully paid.
Transit times
Transit times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure do not entitle you to compensation, but we will keep you informed at every step.
Prohibited goods
We do not ship goods that are illegal to import into Iraq, dangerous goods without proper declaration, or counterfeit products. You are responsible for the accuracy of declared values and descriptions.
Claims
Report damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Liability is limited to the declared value of the goods unless additional insurance was purchased.
