Name, phone, email, company, delivery addresses, shipment details, invoices and payments, uploaded documents (e.g. payment proofs), and technical data such as IP address and device information needed to secure your account.
Why we use it
To buy, ship, clear and deliver your orders, to invoice you, to notify you about shipment progress, to answer your requests and to comply with customs and tax obligations.
Sharing
We share only what is required with carriers (including FedEx), customs brokers and payment providers. We never sell your data.
Retention & security
Financial records are kept as long as the law requires. Data is stored on servers we control, encrypted in transit, with role-based access for our staff.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile in the app and ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting us.
