How do I request a shipment?
Create an account in the customer app, tap New shipment, tell us what you need and where it is. We confirm the price before anything is charged.
How long does shipping take?
FedEx express 2–5 days, air freight 5–10 days, land freight from Turkey about 7–12 days, sea freight 30–45 days. Customs can add a few days.
How can I pay?
Cash at our office or on delivery, ZainCash, FIB, Qi Card or bank transfer. Partial payments and deposits are supported.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Every order has a tracking number; follow every step on this website or in the app, with notifications at each stage.
Who handles customs?
We do. Duties and border fees are passed through at cost and shown on your order when marked visible.
